At 5 o’clock I must go to see the dentist. I want to make sure that everything is fine with my teeth. Now I want to buy some food for my kitten. It is 4 months old today and tomorrow I must take it to the vet. And Kate wants to buy food for her dog and parrots. What do you want me to buy? Please write me a message. Could you please tell Mum that I’ll come home at 6 p.m. and I’ll help you to cook dinner. I can cook pizza with cheese and tomatoes. I know that you like it very much. See you soon.

My name is Ben. Last weekend I visited my grandparents. They live on a small farm near a village. I like going there because it is so different from the city. On Saturday morning, my grandpa woke me up early. «Come on, Ben», he said. «The animals are waiting for breakfast». First, we fed the chickens and collected the eggs. There were five brown eggs and one white egg. Then we gave hay to the cows and the horse. The horse’s name is Star. She is very old but very friendly. I gave her an apple and she ate it from my hand.

In the afternoon, Grandma and I worked in the vegetable garden. We picked red tomatoes, green cucumbers, and big carrots for dinner. I helped Grandma make a salad. For dinner, we ate the fresh salad with chicken and bread. It was delicious! After dinner, Grandpa told me stories about the farm when he was a boy. On Sunday, I helped to clean the barn. It was a lot of work, but I was happy. I came home on Sunday evening. It was a great weekend!
